How Far We Have Come
Our instructor, Tessca, teaching Nataly how to play the violin.We are expanding our efforts in San Francisco. In February, we launched a violin program at De Marillac Academy in the Tenderloin, matching instructors from San Francisco University High School and Saint Ignatius College Preparatory with the socioeconomically disadvantaged students De Marillac Academy serves. This summer, we will be continuing our work at De Marillac Academy and launching a guitar program at Saint Ignatius Magis Program
What we've achieved so far
We currently provide free music lessons for De Marillac Academy students in San Francisco for children from underserved, low income families in the Tenderloin and other at-risk communities in San Francisco.
